Rate limits
How many calls a key and a workspace may make
Each token has two windows, and the workspace as a whole has one:

| Per token, per day | 10,000 calls |
| Per workspace, per day | 50,000 calls |
Every answer carries X-RateLimit-Limit, X-RateLimit-Remaining and
X-RateLimit-Reset (seconds until the window resets). A call over a limit is
refused with 429 and rate_limited, and a Retry-After header says how many
seconds to wait. Wait that long and send it again.
An OAuth connection's short-lived access tokens share one budget, so refreshing a token does not reset its windows.
